Marcus Tofts is the founder and the lead consultant for TORCH and  is professionally qualified in HR, Coaching, NLP and psychometric assessment.

With over 20 years as an HR professional, Marcus has worked  in a wide variety of organisations and industries from Sales/Distribution, Manufacturing, IT, FMCG and uses this experience and knowledge to quickly understand a clients situation. As a senior manager and board director at a UK and European level, he guided business leaders in facilitated strategy sessions for many other business groups. Whilst working at Unilever Foods he worked closely with the Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Sales leaders on people centred strategies. 

As a consultancy the key focus is on Business Transformation, Innovation, Strategy Development, Change Management, Leadership Development & Coaching, Team Building and Training & Development interventions both public and bespoke.

TORCH clients range from large multinationals, Public Sector (NHS & Housing), Transport, SMEs and individuals.
